Our Opportunity:
This role is offered as a fixed‑term contract until June 2027.
As our Risk & Compliance Analyst, you’ll join a dynamic, fast‑moving Home Health environment where no two days look the same. This role is perfect for someone who is ready to take the next step in their career and thrives in transformation, enjoys variety, and is comfortable navigating competing priorities.
You’ll support the Risk and Compliance Manager and play a key role in strengthening our risk and compliance frameworks across Home Health. Expect a mix of hands‑on analysis, control testing, incident support, and meaningful exposure to risk advisory and business resilience.
You will:
- Contribute to the ongoing evolution of Risk and Compliance procedures across Home Health.
- Design and perform control testing to assess effectiveness of controls and support second‑line assurance.
- Monitor and analyse key risk and control indicators, highlighting trends and insights for senior leadership.
- Support incident management processes and provide guidance to Business stakeholders.
- Assist in rolling out Risk and Compliance awareness initiatives and training programs.
- Provide user support for the Enterprise Risk Management system and help improve its functionality.
- Work in a transformative environment where priorities shift daily - tackling control design, incident reviews, reporting, continuity planning and more.
About You:
You’re adaptable, curious, and thrive in environments undergoing rapid change. You’re comfortable being “in the grey,” and you know how to juggle competing deadlines with confidence.
You bring:
- 1 - 3 years’ experience in risk, compliance, or a related discipline.
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to manage shifting priorities and work effectively in a complex, fast-paced setting.
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to take initiative to improve processes.
- Experience or interest in health, aged care or highly regulated industries (advantageous).
- Relevant tertiary qualifications.
