Your New Role

As a Quality Partner within our Quality & Safety team, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Health Services and Home Care platforms to deliver safe, high-quality care. You’ll lead the implementation of safety and quality systems, manage incidents and feedback, drive continuous improvement, and support audit, accreditation, and customer partnerships.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Take an active lead in the determination and management of major and severe incidents, including follow-up reports and responses to the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission for reportable incidents under SIRS
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to operational teams on incident investigations, ensuring thorough analysis and timely resolution
  • Collaborate with the Accreditation and Quality Partner to support operational teams during accreditation and quality reviews
  • Assist service delivery teams in responding to audit and governance findings
  • Develop and monitor realistic, measurable action plans within the Plan for Continuous Improvement (PCI)
  • Conduct clinical audits and support teams in maintaining the PCI and Customer Risk Register
  • Identify and document emerging risks, trends, and key themes from reported events across operational teams
  • Translate key indicator data into actionable insights that drive measurable improvements in service quality and safety
  • Champion a customer-centric culture through sustained leadership and collaboration

 

This is a full-time role offering hybrid flexibility with three in-office days. We welcome applicants from across Australia and offer support for infrequent travel as required.

 

About You

You are a passionate and experienced Registered Division 1 Nurse or Allied Health Professional with current, unrestricted AHPRA registration. You bring a proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a strong commitment to quality and safety in healthcare.

 

You’ll also bring:

 

  • Demonstrated experience with accreditation processes, including the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission Standards, NSQHS Standards, and/or National Safety & Quality Digital Mental Health Service Standards
  • A strong understanding of Quality Management Systems, continuous improvement, and risk management frameworks
  • Practical experience in conducting clinical investigations and contributing to system-level improvements
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with business leaders and stakeholders
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally across diverse teams
