About the Opportunity:

As a Product Designer, you’ll play a key role in a product squad, shaping end-to-end experiences that are simple, accessible, and genuinely helpful for our customers. You’ll bring Human Centred Design principles to life, using research, insights, and creativity to design solutions that align seamlessly with business goals.

From mapping journeys and prototyping concepts through to maintaining our design system, your work will contribute directly to improving our customer experience across digital channels.

• Create user-centred concepts, storyboards, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
• Use HCD methods to design experiences that are simple, scalable, and intuitive
• Develop low to high-fidelity prototypes using tools such as Figma
• Support UX research through desktop analysis, competitor reviews, and trends
• Plan and facilitate customer testing, interviews, and workshops
• Seek opportunities to continuously improve experiences based on feedback

About You:

We’re looking for a Product Designer with a strong customer first mindset and the ability to solve problems with clarity and creativity. You communicate confidently, work well with cross‑functional teams, and build trusted relationships with stakeholders. You bring solid experience with design systems, modern design practices, and designing for responsive web, native apps, and SaaS products. You think in systems, design with accessibility and inclusivity in mind, and stay curious about emerging trends and best practice.

You’ll have experience as a Product Designer supported by a strong portfolio, ideally with exposure to health insurance, healthcare, or financial services. You’re proficient in Figma and collaboration tools, comfortable working in Agile environments, and bring a practical understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
