Your New Role Looks Like This:

 

We’re looking for a forward-thinking and collaborative Product & Governance Lead – Workforce Management to join our People & Culture Employee Enablement team. In this pivotal role, you’ll be the strategic connector between People & Culture, Group Technology, and our broader business—leading the governance and optimisation of our  workforce management platform.

 

This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a business-critical system, helping to ensure our people have the right tools, data, and technology in place to work smarter and more efficiently. You’ll help unlock the full value of the workforce management platform across rostering, scheduling, timekeeping, and system integrations—delivering real impact to our operations and the experience of our frontline teams.

 

 

Key Responsibilities Include:

 

  • Own the product vision and roadmap for Workforce Management within People & Culture, ensuring it aligns with broader organisational goals and workforce strategy.
  • Engage deeply with business stakeholders across frontline operations, leadership and enabling functions to understand pain points, uncover opportunities and shape workforce initiatives.
  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable product requirements and features, prioritising based on impact, risk and strategic fit.
  • Champion governance practices around data, integrations, and system use to ensure integrity, stability, and performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritise product backlogs, drive delivery, and continuously improve our workforce technology landscape
  • Provide subject matter expertise across workforce management, HR operations, and delivery teams.

 

 

 

About You:

 

  • Demonstrated experience in product ownership or product leadership roles, ideally in people systems or workforce related domains.
  • Demonstrated experience enhancing complex Workforce Management solutions within a large enterprise, including integrations.
  • 3+ years embedded within a People & Culture function.
  • Experience writing high-quality business requirements, user stories and business cases in partnership with subject matter experts.
  • Configuration experience in UKG and or Kronos is highly desirable
  • Vendor management of SaaS products including outsourced application services.
  • Broad knowledge of HCM products and services and industry trends.
  • People & Culture process and policy working knowledge.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams, including P&C, Operations, Group Technology and external vendors
  • User – Centered design applied when gathering and prioritizing requirements based on user feedback and business needs.
  • Strong experience in stakeholder management, with the ability to collaborate with and influence key stakeholders
  • Proven track record of managing product backlogs, defining product roadmaps and delivering high impact solutions
