Our Opportunity:

 

Reporting to the Head of People Systems & Technology, the P&C Systems Lead plays a critical role in driving digital transformation across all People & Culture technologies. You will be responsible for supporting and enhancing recruitment and employee support platforms, while championing continuous improvement and innovation across the broader P&C systems landscape.

 

You will be leading the delivery of digital solutions aligned with the Talent Acquisition and Employee Experience roadmaps. This includes supporting the implementation of a new, next-generation Talent Acquisition platform. By collaborating with SMEs, developers, and cross-functional stakeholders, the P&C Systems Lead ensures that all systems remain agile, forward-looking, and human-centric.

 

Accountabilities include:

 

  • Develop and lead the delivery of scalable, user-centric digital solutions that align with business needs, P&C strategy, and emerging technologies (including AI and automation), working cross functionally across P&C and Technology.
  • Collaborate with vendors and procurement to support systems lifecycle and compliance.
  • Define and document system specs, workflows, and integration points.
  • Ensure that any solutions delivered are properly tested and deployed effectively into production.
  • Champion process simplification, automation, and continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Partner with the Head of P&C Systems to support and shape the long-term technology roadmap.
  • Manage, develop and support team members to encourage performance through coaching, feedback, and shared goals in line with broader people management responsibilities.
  • Lead team planning using agile methodologies (e.g., Jira backlog management, sprint planning, estimation).
  • Remove tech blockers and support continuous team capability uplift.

 

About You:

 

To be successful in the role you will have Strong knowledge of the P&C system domain – specifically around Talent Acquisition and People Operations, experienced across systems such as

SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, UKG and Automation tools.  Further to this you will be able to demonstrate the following capabilities / experience:

  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills as well as excellent problem-solving skills and interpersonal relationship building.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage tech environments and schedules.
  • Demonstrated strong experience in Stakeholder Management, with the ability to collaborate with and influence key stakeholders and teams.
  • Experience working with Domain & Solution Architects, Technical Lead and Development Leads to understand and shape technical solutions.
  • The ability to recommend technology and process solutions to improve business performance with current systems and or integrations.
  • Experience in managing vendor relationships and tracking of change management with vendors.
  • Experience working with integrations across multiple platforms.
  • Usage of formal documentation methodologies (such as UML, BPM, Use Cases & User Stories).
