Our Opportunity:

 

Reporting to the People Technology and Integration Lead, the P&C Technology Analyst will work across all People & Culture (P&C) Technologies, supporting the team with the maintenance and development of systems integrations and ensuring application and environment currency whilst providing guidance on downstream impacts.

 

You will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of technical requirements/specifications and ensure our solution design documentation is current. You will also manage and co-ordinate system security reviews with our vendors, maintain our environments, manage refreshes of our test environments and manage the path to production across our People & Culture Technology Stack.

 

Accountabilities include:

 

  • Document and maintain the environment specifications across all P&C systems
  • Plan and manage our test environments across all our P&C systems – building refresh schedules and transacting to ensure they happen
  • Manage and control our path to production across all our key P&C systems
  • Co-ordinating with all stakeholders (internal and external) to make sure that refreshes are communicated, and all system updates are completed.
  • Represent key technology integration changes during agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, grooming sessions, and other sprint ceremonies and quarterly planning
  • Actively remove technology roadblocks for the team
  • Maintain and own the Integrations Jira Backlog, Sprint planning and estimation.
  • Support the People & Culture Technology and Systems team with complex system integrations
  • Co-ordinate and Manage all Security reviews and risks across P&C system landscape

 

About You:

 

To be successful in the role you will have deep cross-functional experience in a Business and IT environment working in Technology or P&C Systems and be able to demonstrate the following capabilities / experience:

 

  • Demonstrated ability to manage tech environments and schedules
  • Demonstrated strong experience in Stakeholder Management, with the ability to collaborate with and influence key stakeholders and teams
  • Experience working with Domain & Solution Architects, Technical Lead and Development Leads to understand and shape technical solutions
  • The ability to recommend technology and process solutions to improve business performance with current systems and or integrations.
  • Experience working with integrations across multiple platforms.
  • Experience managing senior stakeholders, System Analysts, System Architects, Developers, Testers and other technology stakeholders.
  • Use of formal documentation methodologies (such as UML, BPM, Use Cases & User Stories)
  • Experience with P&C systems such as SuccessFactors, Service Now HRSD & UKG would be highly regarded
