The Opportunity
The Organisational Development Lead is a highly visible role responsible for shaping the design, delivery and
continuous improvement of skills and leadership pathways that drive performance uplift across the enterprise. ensuring our people are equipped to support future growth, member value, and execution excellence aligned to our strategic objectives.
The role manages the OpportUnity Lab leadership and skills framework and vendor relationships, curates fit-for-purpose learning pathways aligned to platform and enabling functional needs, and ensures learning experiences are practical, scalable and aligned to organisational priorities, compliance requirements and customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
OpportUnity Lab Activation and Utilisation
- Develop activation and adoption plans and engagement initiatives to drive skill and capability development
- Opportunity Lab systems, tools and environments are operational, maintained and fit for purpose.
- Vendor performance is actively managed against agreed service, quality and commercial expectations.
Leadership and Organisational Development
- Design and deliver leadership development initiatives aligned to business priorities. Develop capability frameworks & capability pathways, succession planning development, and other talent development initiatives.
- Capability initiatives contribute to improved readiness, consistency and performance in target groups.
- Support broader organisational development initiatives aligned to transformation and strategy
Learning Pathways, Experience, and Effectiveness
- Develop learning pathways, organise and reviews to ensure relevance, accessibility, quality and consistency across the capability offer
- Monitor learning effectiveness, engagement and compliance outcomes
- Drive innovative learning experiences including webinars, lunch & and ensure data and operational insight are implemented to monitor effectiveness and report outcomes.
Stakeholder Engagement and Delivery Coordination
- Strong partnerships are built with leaders across the group, Heads of Employee Experience, SMEs and support functions to prioritise needs and coordinate effective delivery.
- Work plans, schedules and communications are clear, practical and responsive to operational requirements

The Ideal Profile – About You
You bring a sophisticated understanding of contemporary organisational development, learning, employee experience, and organisational needs, with the ability to translate strategy into practical, scalable solutions with at least 5-7 years experience in medium-to-large enterprises. You will have effective stakeholder engagement skills, ability to work across multiple functions, balancing competing priorities while building strong, trusted relationships.
You will bring:
- 5-7 year’s demonstrated experience in learning, capability, workforce development or a related role in matrixed medium-to-large organisations undergoing change.
- Experience managing learning platforms, infrastructure or vendor relationships
- Experience working with content libraries, digital learning assets or blended learning solutions
- Experience evaluating learning effectiveness and improving programs, processes or learner experience
- Experience operating in a regulated or service-based environment, ideally in health, aged care or community services
