About the Opportunity:

 

As a Membership Consultant, you’ll play a key role in supporting our members by processing health insurance applications and ongoing membership changes. This is a fast‑paced, detail‑focused role where accuracy, timeliness and customer care really matter.

You’ll be part of a supportive team environment, working closely with other Customer Experience teams to ensure our members receive clear, compliant and timely outcomes.

 

What you’ll be doing

 

  • Processing new member applications, cancellations and changes of cover
  • Managing a high volume of membership requests while meeting service level agreements
  • Making membership decisions within agreed authority and escalating complex matters as needed
  • Providing accurate information and support to internal teams and members
  • Assisting with phone-based enquiries from time to time
  • Ensuring all work meets compliance, policy and legal requirements

 

About You:

 

We’re looking for someone who enjoys structured, process-driven work and takes pride in getting the details right. You bring a strong customer focus and remain calm and organised in a busy environment. You work well as part of a team, take ownership of your work, and are confident following policies and making sound decisions within guidelines.

Experience in health insurance, financial services or a similar regulated environment will be highly regarded, along with strong time management skills and attention to detail.
