Join Australian Unity as a Marketing Coordinator and be at the heart of creating meaningful connections for our retirement communities. Working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll play a vital role in driving brand awareness, generating leads, and highlighting the benefits of our unique retirement living options.
In this dynamic role, you’ll craft compelling content, lead vibrant marketing campaigns, organize community events, and engage prospective residents and their families across multiple channels. Your work will directly support our mission to build welcoming, trusted communities where residents truly feel at home.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Strategise & Implement: Help shape and execute innovative marketing plans that elevate our brand and attract new residents.
- Collaborate & Create: Partner with the marketing team to develop local and targeted campaigns across digital, print, and direct marketing platforms.
- Content Development: Write engaging copy for brochures, flyers, newsletters, and web content to showcase the unique offerings of our retirement communities.
- Digital Presence: Keep our website and social media platforms current and informative, making it easy for families to see what we offer.
- Design Support: Work closely with graphic designers and creatives to ensure our materials are visually appealing and on-brand.
- Community Engagement: Plan memorable events and open days that welcome potential residents and strengthen local connections.
- Budget Management: Track expenses and keep our marketing initiatives within budget.
- Performance Tracking: Regularly report on the effectiveness of campaigns and lead generation activities.
- Brand Compliance: Ensure all materials align with brand guidelines and regulatory standards.
- Sales & Marketing Alignment: Collaborate with the sales and community management teams to keep our marketing efforts in sync with sales goals.
- Team Collaboration: Share your insights in team meetings, contribute to strategic planning, and bring fresh ideas to brainstorming sessions.

About You:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the senior living or retirement community industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Ability to travel from time to time and work flexibly to meet business requirements
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communications skills (both written and verbal)
