Our Opportunity:
The Marketing Automation Specialist is part of a centralized group Marketing Automation team that has end-to-end accountability for digital acquisition, engagement and experience. This role will work closely with the Head of Digital Experience and Enablement, Marketing Automation Lead, and wider team, as well as other technology, marketing, and business team members. You will be responsible for owning Marketing automation activities within a dedicated squad executing highly personalized multi-channel campaigns for achieving customer life cycle marketing strategies. You will engage with end users and subject matter experts to identify, develop, document, validate and endorse the requirements of their work, demonstrating Agile behaviours that emphasize collaboration, delivery, reflection, and improvement.
Accountabilities include:
- Build, test and execute multi touch point campaigns across various business products
- Data analysis to ensure the quality and requirements are met for the campaign execution
- Design, build and execute automation for ad-hoc and on-going campaign/journey
- Post implementation review on the campaigns and providing optimization suggestions
- Assist the Marketing Automation Lead to drive a high-performance culture, increasing work capability and actively supporting the team
- Collaborate with stakeholders and other team members to deliver high quality work through sprint planning
- Have a problem-solving mindset to address challenges and provide the best practice in delivering work
About You:
To be successful in the role you will be able to demonstrate a focus on data-driven decisions, a passion for results, a commitment to action-oriented analysis and a relentless focus on the customer. You will also be able to demonstrate the following capabilities / experience:
- 3+ years working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a similar enterprise platform, delivering successful multi-channel campaigns and journeys.
- Experience integrating Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other platforms like Sales Cloud and Data Cloud, enhancing personalisation and data-driven decision-making.
- Proficient in AMPScript, SQL, and CloudPages to create and optimise dynamic content and automation.
- Experience with Litmus Enterprise for email testing, ensuring cross-client compatibility and optimisation.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies to drive collaborative, efficient campaign development and execution.
- Well-developed documentation skills with a focus on best practices in campaign design, build, and delivery.
