Your New Role Looks Like This:
We’re looking for a proactive, hands‑on Marketing & Communications Manager who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and can confidently lead end‑to‑end marketing initiatives across Australian Unity’s Home Health and Care business.
You’ll be responsible for delivering high‑impact lifecycle and performance marketing activities that drive lead generation, deepen customer engagement, and accelerate growth. Experience in aged care, home care, healthcare, or other regulated, service‑driven sectors will be highly regarded.
You will:
- Drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation through data‑informed lifecycle and performance campaigns across the full customer journey.
- Deliver fast, effective, insight‑led marketing execution that supports a rapidly evolving business.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and agencies to ensure activity aligns to key business objectives.
- Build and optimise personalised communications that improve onboarding, retention, and customer value.
- Support targeted multi‑channel growth campaigns with a focus on qualified lead acquisition and conversion.
- Support the growth of business via: Local area marketing – develop localised initiatives as needed to drive tactical uplifts for particular regions e.g. event & expos support, collateral development.
- Leverage customer insights, feedback, and market understanding (particularly within aged care) to continuously improve the Customer Value Proposition.
- Ensure all activity adheres to risk, compliance, and information security standards.
About You:
You’re a strong doer - someone who delivers, moves fast, and can confidently operate in a complex, customer‑centric environment.
- Extensive experience in lifecycle marketing, customer engagement, communications, or performance marketing roles.
- Background or strong understanding of aged care, home care, NDIS, health, or similarly complex service environments (highly regarded).
- Proven ability to deliver multi‑channel lifecycle and performance marketing campaigns end‑to‑end.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong copywriting capability.
- Practical understanding of customer journeys, segmentation, and key brand touchpoints.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with high attention to detail.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or PR.
