Your New Role Looks Like This:
We’re seeking a strategic and results-driven Lifecycle Marketing Manager to lead high-impact performance marketing initiatives that fuel lead generation, deepen customer engagement, and accelerate growth across Australian Unity’s Home Health and Care business.
- Drive brand awareness and consideration through data‑informed lifecycle and performance campaigns that support key moments across the customer journey.
- Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams and agencies to align activity to business goals and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Execute personalised, segmented lifecycle communications to drive engagement, onboarding, retention, and customer value.
- Support targeted, multi‑channel growth campaigns to generate qualified leads and improve conversion through insight‑led optimisation.
- Champion a customer‑centric culture by leveraging feedback, insights, and research to evolve the Customer Value Proposition.
- Ensure adherence to risk, compliance, information security, and workplace health and safety obligations.
About You:
- Extensive experience in lifecycle marketing, communications, or marketing roles.
- Proven ability to deliver end‑to‑end, multi‑channel lifecycle and performance marketing campaigns.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong copywriting confidence across channels.
- Solid understanding of customer journeys, segmentation, and brand touchpoints.
- Hands‑on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (eg. Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail, able to manage multiple priorities and communication calendars.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working cross‑functionally.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or PR.
