Your New Role Looks Like This:
This is an exciting opportunity for a high calibre individual to operate in a support role with Australian Unity’s (AU) market leading real estate funds management business. The AU real estate business has circa $4bn in assets under management across a range of sectors including healthcare, social infrastructure (aged care, retirement living), commercial (office, industrial and retail) and non-bank debt.
As an Investor Support Representative, you will deliver quality service to the existing and prospective clients of the Select Income Fund (a contributory mortgage fund), whilst developing key client relationships and maintaining administrative operating execution and support. You will be required to develop an understanding of AU real estate products and their general positioning in the market.
You will contribute to the setting of strategic sales/marketing plan and preparing high quality collateral. This requires the ability to build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships across the AU business, including Portfolio Management, Product, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Operations, Distribution and Finance.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Deliver exceptional first line support to direct and advised investors via phone and email.
- Anticipate customer needs, consistently provide a service standard that makes it easy for the customer.
- Meet all KPI’s and service deliverables.
- Excellent customer contact on both inbound and outbound calls
- Accurate data entry keying with a zero-error rate using relevant systems.
- Draft and send investor communication for loan repayments, variations, and delays.
- Ensure timely transactions occur through Client Services to client registry, including investor switches, deposits, redemptions, transfers, and client maintenance requests.
- Provide high quality reporting when required from other areas.
- Ensure that any interaction with our custodian is executed as a priority and is consistently error free.
Please note that this is a fixed term contract opportunity for 12 months
About You:
- 2+ years’ customer service experience
- Market experience and/or knowledge in: Investor relations or sales experience (required), Real estate (Lending) industry (preferred), Financial services industry (preferred) and Fund & Asset Management (preferred)
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise activities.
- A desire to work in a team environment, often under pressure.
