About the Opportunity:
We’re looking for an Investor Services Associate to join our Wealth & Capital Markets team, supporting Australian Unity’s Select Income Fund, a market‑leading contributory mortgage investment fund. The role is responsible for owning and delivering high‑quality service to both existing and prospective investors, building strong client relationships while ensuring accurate and timely administrative and operational support. You’ll also develop a solid understanding of Australian Unity’s real estate investment products and their positioning in the market, enabling you to confidently support investor needs and contribute to positive client outcomes.
This role is well suited to someone who enjoys being client‑facing, detail‑oriented, and hands‑on, with a genuine interest in investments, lending, and financial services. You’ll also contribute to the development of strategic sales and marketing initiatives and the preparation of high‑quality investor collateral, working closely with stakeholders across the Australian Unity business including Portfolio Management, Product, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Operations, Distribution, and Finance.
You’ll play a key role in delivering a high‑quality experience to investors while supporting the smooth day‑to‑day operation of the fund.
What you’ll be doing
- Act as the first point of contact for investors via phone and email
- Onboard new investors and coordinate investment transactions
- Process investor requests including deposits, withdrawals, switches, and account updates
- Prepare and send investor communications related to loan repayments and fund activity
- Ensure investor funds are accurately allocated to underlying mortgage investments
- Maintain investor records, reports, and data to support internal teams
About You:
You bring experience in investor services, client services, sales support, or a related financial services environment, along with strong written and verbal communication skills. You have high attention to detail, are comfortable working with numbers and data, and can manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines. You’re collaborative, customer‑focused, and proactive in how you work. RG146 accreditation and experience in lending, funds management, or real estate finance are highly regarded.
