Head of Out of Hospital Operations

We’re looking for a dynamic Head of Out of Hospital Operations to lead our integrated health platform, supporting a broad portfolio of care across Hospital Care at Home, Rehabilitation at Home, Virtual Care, Reconditioning, and Chronic Disease programs.

This hybrid role can be based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane with 3 days per week in the office and 2 days from home on a 12-month full-time fixed term contract.  

Your Impact:

In this pivotal leadership role, you will:

• Lead and inspire a national team of clinical and non-clinical professionals
• Own end-to-end operational performance across the Out of Hospital (OOH) portfolio
• Drive clinical governance, service excellence, and workforce optimisation
• Foster innovation and implement change to deliver safe, efficient, and scalable care models
• Champion continuous improvement, best practice, and high-reliability standards
• Strengthen our referral pathways, triage and intake processes and digital care coordination

Who you are:

You’re a visionary healthcare leader with:

• 10+ years’ experience in senior management within health or community services
• Deep expertise in patient referral, triage/intake, care coordination and virtual care operations
• AHPRA Registration (Nursing or Allied Health)
• A proven track record of building, developing, and leading high-performing teams
• Strong commercial, digital, and project delivery acumen
• Confidence in navigating complexity, transformation, and change
