Are you a recent graduate looking to launch your career in finance? Do you thrive in a collaborative environment where you can develop your technical skills while making a real impact?

 

We’re looking for a motivated Graduate Financial Accountant to join our Financial Control Team. In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience working alongside industry professionals, supporting financial reporting, compliance, and process improvements. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your expertise in financial and management accounting while contributing to key projects that drive efficiency and accuracy across our organization.

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supporting the month-end and year-end close process, ensuring financial data is accurate and compliant with accounting standards.
  • Assisting with accruals, prepayments, and general journal postings.
  • Performing balance sheet reconciliations to maintain financial integrity.
  • Contributing to the preparation of BAS and FBT reporting.
  • Assisting in the production of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Supporting internal and external audits.
  • Collaborating on process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
  • Helping with financial analysis to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Assisting in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning

 

About You:

 

  • Recently graduated with excellent communication skills and tech savvy
  • Eligible to, or have commenced CA or CPA program;
  • Experience in financial or management accounting will be advantageous.
  • Reliable, honest and with integrity;
  • Advanced Excel skills and computer literate in a range of financial software and accounting packages (SUN, Blackline  & TM1 desirable);
  • Excellent attention to detail;
  • Ability to adapt quickly to change and work methodically while under pressure.
