Finance Business Partner

Your New Role:  

Our Home Health platform is a leading integrated healthcare business delivering in home clinical care and services that meet the needs of the wider community. As one of our Finance Business Partners, you will ensure effective business analysis, and the provision of meaningful financial insights relating to the operations of Australian Unity’s Home Health (HH) business.

You will be responsible for providing strategic finance partnering across the HH Business Units to support revenue initiatives, manage costs, develop analysis, and provide commercial finance support. Working in partnership with the Group Finance team you will drive effective input into the overall financial and operational management of the business whilst ensuring accuracy of the Business Unit balance sheet accounts.

This is a full-time opportunity based in Melbourne where you will have flexibility to work in a hybrid work model. 

About you: 

• A commercial business analyst with proven success in operationally oriented analytical roles
• Membership of a recognised accounting body is desirable (CPA or CA qualified)
• 3+years relevant commercial finance experience with strong business analysis experience involved with branch operations/networks
• Natural desire to seek continuous improvement and innovative thinking 
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to cultivate productive and effective business partnering relationships
