About the Opportunity:

We are currently recruiting for multiple Finance Business Partner opportunities within our Home Health business.

This is a key finance partnering role, working closely with Executive General Managers and senior leaders to support strategic decision-making through commercial insights, financial analysis, forecasting and performance reporting.

As a trusted finance partner, you will support business performance by identifying risks and opportunities, challenging assumptions and providing financial guidance that informs commercial and operational decisions. You will contribute to strengthening finance capability, supporting continuous improvement and positioning finance as a proactive partner to the business.

You will also contribute to strategic initiatives, transformation programs and business planning activities, while helping to enhance reporting, governance and data-driven decision-making across the organisation.

Key responsibilities include:

• Strategic Financial Reporting & Forecasting: Deliver accurate and insightful financial reporting, forecasting and performance analysis to support Executive and Board decision-making.
• Monthly Reporting & KPIs: Enhance reporting through improved KPI frameworks, automation, visualisation and meaningful business insights.
• Regulatory Compliance & Audit Readiness: Ensure accurate regulatory reporting, maintain strong governance standards and support successful audit outcomes.
• Transformation & Commercial Support: Partner with senior leaders to support transformation initiatives, manage cost performance and drive informed commercial decision-making.
• Data Integrity & Process Innovation: Leverage data, technology and automation to improve reporting quality, efficiency and business insight.
• Capability Development: Support continuous learning, collaboration and knowledge sharing across the finance team.

About You:

You’re a commercially minded finance professional who combines strategic thinking with strong execution. You are confident partnering with senior stakeholders and bring experience navigating complex aged care, home health, healthcare and/or human services environments.

With a passion for turning financial data into meaningful insights, you lead with clarity and influence to drive performance and continuously improve how finance supports the business.

• Preferred experience within home care (Support at Home and Commonwealth Home Support Program) or health services organisations, with a strong understanding of the commercial, operational and regulatory drivers impacting these sectors.

• Strong experience across monthly close, management reporting, forecasting, performance analysis and executive-level reporting.
• Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to translate complex financial information into clear, actionable insights that influence executive decision-making.
• Demonstrated ability to act as a trusted finance partner and build effective relationships with senior business stakeholders, including Executive General Managers.
• Experience strengthening governance, data integrity and reporting processes. Exposure to regulatory frameworks such as QFR, ACFR and CHSP is highly regarded.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline, with CA or CPA highly desirable and a minimum of 5 years’ relevant finance experience.
