Your New Role

 

Your new role of Executive Coordinator will see you report to and support our National General Manager - Aged Care and our senior leadership team, where you will provide high level administrative support as well as providing coordination and assistance around operational and strategic management.  

 

Located at our Head Office in Spring Street, Melbourne CBD, the role will provide a balance of office and work from home days.

 

** This role will be appointed on a 6-month Fixed Term Contract to cover an internal secondment.

 

You will manage and deliver the following: 

  • Complex diary and schedule management
  • Travel coordination
  • Provide high level administrative support
  • Budget and expense tracking and management
  • Participate in/manage as appropriate the identification, assessment, treatment, and reporting of risks
  • Preparation of packs for strategic and operational leadership meetings 
  • Document execution management

You will possess the following experience and attributes: 

  • Extensive experience working in administrative support roles for senior level managers
  • Capability to understand and support strategic priorities at a senior executive level
  • Demonstrated initiative in completing tasks to tight deadlines and the flexibility to handle constantly changing priorities and unexpected demands
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • The proven ability to collaborate, partner with and build effective and professional relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, whilst providing the best in administrative coordination and support
