Your New Role Looks Like This:
We are looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support two senior Executives within our Wealth & Capital Markets platform. This is a pivotal role where your ability to manage time effectively, coordinate priorities, and maintain discretion will directly impact the success of the leadership team.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Provide high-level executive and administrative support to two senior leaders.
- Manage complex calendars to ensure high-priority tasks and meetings are effectively scheduled.
- Coordinate workflow and priorities, ensuring deadlines are met and information is provided in a timely manner.
- Act as a key liaison, managing requests and communications with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and participate in leadership meetings, helping to drive strategic initiatives forward.
- Organize travel arrangements and ensure seamless coordination of itineraries.
- Support leadership team culture, fostering collaboration and engagement across the business.
- Handle key administrative tasks, including processing contracts, invoices, expenses, and compliance approvals.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding, helping to create a smooth experience for new and departing employees.
- Play a role in staff engagement, contributing to internal communications and events such as Town Halls

About You:
- Minimum 5 years in an Executive Assistant role or similar capacity
- Proficiency in excel, word, PowerPoint, outlook
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and SharePoint
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities and manage expectations
- Prior experience in the financial services sector well regarded
