About the Opportunity:

As our Deployment & Adoption Lead, you'll play a critical role in helping Home Health successfully implement strategic initiatives, operational improvements and new ways of working across the business.

Reporting to the General Manager Home Health Portfolio & Delivery, you'll act as the central coordination point for business initiatives impacting Home Health operations. You'll work closely with operational leaders, project teams and support functions to ensure changes are introduced at the right time, in the right way, and with the right level of support.

What you’ll do

• Leading the deployment of business initiatives across the Home Health network.
• Developing implementation, communication and adoption plans that support successful change outcomes.
• Assessing organisational readiness and helping prioritise initiatives to avoid change fatigue and competing priorities.
• Working with stakeholders to understand current and future state processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Supporting training, capability development and coaching activities to embed new ways of working.

 About You:

We're looking for a collaborative and influential change professional who can bring people on the journey and successfully embed new ways of working. You'll have experience leading operational or transformation initiatives, building strong stakeholder relationships and delivering outcomes in complex environments. Most importantly, you'll be a proactive problem solver who enjoys driving continuous improvement and making change stick.
