About the Role
We’re looking for a Clinical Sourcing Specialist to join our Clinical Talent team and help shape how we attract and engage Allied Health professionals across Australia.
In this role, you’ll proactively identify, engage, and pipeline Clinical and Allied Health candidates for hard-to-fill and high-demand roles across our People Services businesses. You’ll be instrumental in supporting our Clinical recruitment strategy, partnering with Talent Partners, the Clinical Recruitment Manager, and Hiring Leaders to ensure we have access to the right people at the right time.
This is a newly refined role focused on strategic sourcing—not transactional recruitment. It’s ideal for someone with around 3–5 years’ experience in clinical or Allied Health recruitment—likely from an agency or internal sourcing background—who’s ready to apply their expertise in a purpose-led, values-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source and build pipelines of Clinical and Allied Health professionals, including international candidates, using a variety of sourcing platforms and channels.
- Identify and engage passive candidates through targeted outreach and relationship-building.
- Conduct local and global market research, talent mapping, and provide sourcing insights to inform workforce planning.
- Manage sourcing channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, Job Boards, CRM and Social Media Platforms to attract and nuture talent.
- Use data and sourcing analytics to track performance, identify trends, and continously improve pipeline quality.
- Nurture talent pools and maintain long-term candidate relationships for future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with Talent Partners and Hiring Managers to align sourcing strategies with business priorities.
- Support recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives in partnership with Brand and Marketing.
- Maintain accurate sourcing activity records and provide regular pipeline reporting.
What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience in recruitment or sourcing, ideally in a professional and fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience sourcing for Clinical or Allied Health roles—agency or internal backgrounds welcome.
- Strong understanding of sourcing channels, passive candidate engagement, and talent pooling strategies.
- Experience using Social Media platforms to attract and engage talent.
- Exposure to AI-powered sourcing tools or platforms.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with internal stakeholders and candidates.
- Strong organisational skills with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
- Experience using ATS platforms and candidate management systems.
- A genuine interest in improving lives and contributing to a values-led organisation.

You will enjoy a range of great employee benefits and rewards including:
- Competitive salary + bonus program
- Enjoy additional yearly Well-Being and Community leave days
- 14-week paid parental leave, with equal benefit for both parents
- Employee Referral Program
