The Health Concierge – Clinical Team provides personalised and streamlined best practice clinical service triaging, prioritisation, clinical referral review and escalations, and scheduling experience across multiple programs of care, recovery, and treatment. The aim of this function is to match the right resource, to the right need, at the right time, to deliver the best possible outcome.

 

Your opportunity 

 

As a Clinical Scheduling Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive timely, high-quality care. In this fast-paced role, you’ll manage the scheduling of allied health and nursing services, triage referrals, coordinate bookings, and respond to intraday changes. You’ll also liaise with third-party providers and ensure service instructions align with preferred provider guidelines.

 

You will be the first point of contact for service changes, supporting both customers and clinicians by maintaining stable, responsive schedules. Working closely with workforce planning and operations teams, you’ll help deliver seamless care experiences. Your coordination ensures our customers can continue living independently at home, while enabling our clinical workforce to operate efficiently and compassionately.

 

This full-time, Melbourne based role, offers hybrid flexibility with 3 in-office days at our Spring Street office. 

  

Your skills and experience 

  • Experience in scheduling and rostering environments is essential
  • Exposure to allied health or clinical industries is desirable – EN/EEN/AHA background is highly preferred
  • Sound understanding of administration procedures and general business practices
  • Initiative in completing tasks to tight deadlines and the flexibility to handle constantly changing priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to show empathy with customers and relatives
