Clinical Nurse Educator

Your New Role:  

Our Home Health platform is a leading integrated healthcare business delivering in home clinical and care services that meet the needs of the wider community. As one of our Clinical Nurse Educator’s, you will be responsible for the development, delivery and evaluation of clinical and care pathways and professional development to ensure the Home Health workforce has appropriate clinical and care skills to deliver customer services. You will partner with key stakeholders within Home Health and enabling functions to contribute to and shape the future of scalable clinical knowledge and skill development.

This is an Permanent Full Time opportunity, based within VIC, NSW or QLD, where you will have flexibility to work in a hybrid work model. Some travel is required to sites throughout the contract.

What your role looks like:

• Conduct analysis and assess learning needs of current Home Health clinical teams to build learning capability and capacity
• Conduct research and consult with identified subject matter experts to inform leaning content 
• Analyse, design, develop and implement informal and formal learning interventions in line with industry and sector standards 
• Critically evaluate learning interventions and assess effectiveness of learning to inform and improve future initiatives 
• Support audit activities and respond to audit outcomes to ensure compliance requirements are meet
• Proactively engage with front line employees and leaders to better understand learning needs ensuring learning initiatives are developed appropriately 
• Develop responsive training initiatives engaging with Clinical & Care Governance to unpack emerging trends in clinical incidents  
• Drive customer centric culture through sustained leadership 

About You:

• Registered Division 1 Nurse with current unrestricted AHPRA Registration
• 5 years minimum clinical experience
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with business leaders to ensure timely, effective, and targeted communications 
• Strong interpersonal capabilities and ability to work cross-functionally with others
• Ability to engage and develop others 
• Reside within VIC, NSW or QLD
