Your New Role Looks Like This:

 

As a Client Operations Representative within the Vendor Management team you will support the daily operations of the Wealth and Capital Markets (W&CM) outsourced registry vendor.

 

Key responsibilities include:

 

  • Ensuring registry vendor delivers excellence in administration and customer service to the W&CMs clients and advisers specifically through monitoring of services performed by the registry vendor
  • Managing escalated issues from registry including complaint and incident management support
  • Proactively managing communication between the vendor and internal stakeholders
  • Providing accurate and timely reporting to internal stakeholders
  • Consistently demonstrating the Australian Unity values and way of being

 

 

About You:

 

  • A minimum two years’ experience in the Australian financial services industry
  • Some understanding of legal, compliance structures impacting investors such as Anti Money Laundering; FATCA; Automatic Exchange of Information Guidance
  • Attention to detail, ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines
  • A strong work ethic and passion for excellence in customer service
  • Ability to work within a team environment and navigate a larger business
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Some organisational and time management skills
