Your New Role:
Our Home Health platform is a leading integrated healthcare business delivering in home clinical care and services that meet the needs of the wider community. As our Client Engagement Specialist – Mental Health you will be the first point of contact for our MindStep clients providing a seamless onboarding experience ensuring they feel welcomed, supported, and valued.
With an emphasis on laying the foundation for a positive, timely and impactful relationship with our service you will be responsible for all intake responsibilities including outbound contact with referred clients experiencing mental health challenges, scheduling appointments and program enrolment.
This is a full-time opportunity based in Melbourne where you will have flexibility to work in a hybrid work model.
About You:
- Experience in a client-facing / customer service role is essential
- Experience in a phone-based customer service role is desirable
- A demonstrated ability to communicate sensitively and effectively with people affected by common mental health challenges
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport on first interaction
- Strong interpersonal capabilities and ability to work cross-functionally with others to ensure a seamless client experience
