Your New Role Looks Like This:

 

In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of strategic initiatives, ensuring that change is not only implemented but embedded in a way that delivers lasting impact. You’ll collaborate with business leaders, project teams, and key stakeholders to create a structured and people-centred approach to change, maximising benefits while supporting our ways of working.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead change efforts by partnering with initiative owners and business leaders to shape tailored change strategies that align with project size, complexity, and organisational goals.
  • Drive collaboration across Home Health business leaders, IT, Group Technology, Internal Communications, HR, and L&D to ensure smooth and people-focused implementations.
  • Develop process support materials and work instructions that help support people through the changes.
  • Enhance change reporting by developing actionable insights that support strategic and tactical decision-making.
  • Apply innovative change methods, including human-centred design and agile principles, to create meaningful employee and customer experiences.
  • Build change capability across the organisation by coaching, mentoring, and uplifting internal teams in best-practice change management.
  • Refine and evolve our change framework to continually improve the way we deliver transformation at Australian Unity.
  • Contribute to a thriving change community by fostering collaboration and knowledge-sharing across the organisation.

 

Please note that this is as 12 month fixed term contract.

 

 

About You:

 

  • Experience (5+ years) and accreditation in Change Management methodology CMI, Prosci or Lean Change.
  • Qualifications in Organisational Change Management, Project Management, Business, Business Analysis, Training, Communications, HR, Psychology or other related discipline desirable.
  • Experience working in change for Aged Care, Health Care or related area desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability and experience in the design of change programs and interventions.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management principles and practice.
  • Demonstrated experience of managing change in complex environments.
  • Demonstrated experience in instructional design and writing.
  • Experience working with process mapping.
  • Experience working with human centred design, lean change and agile principles and practices.
