Your New Role Looks Like This:

 

The Change Analyst will work on various strategic initiatives within Australian Unity's Home Health business that support its vision to be Australia's leading provider of integrated health care solutions for those who choose to live and age well at home, and that help it scale to meet growing demand.

 

Working on a large program of work, this Change Analyst will develop and deliver clear and engaging communications aligned to key milestones and strategic initiatives. Using their communication toolkit, they will ensure all desired outcomes are achieved and that the business stakeholders are ready for the change

 

Please note that this is a fixed term contract opportunity until 30th June 2026

 

Key Responsibilities Include:

 

  • Partner with project stream leads (initiative owners), business leaders and subject matter experts to shape change management efforts and develop approaches and plans aligned to the size and complexity of the project.
  • Work with marketing, internal communication, People & Culture and L&D specialists and support the Change Manager in formulation of plans and activities to support project implementations
  • Assist the Change Manager to develop and execute engagement and communication plans that support successful project outcomes
  • Develop engaging internal communications materials for different target audiences
  • Develop an understanding of and use and promote the Australian Unity change management framework
  • Partner with project and initiative owner colleagues to lead and drive change management efforts and delivery to achieve organizational objectives and project deliverables

 

About You:

 

  • Demonstrated experience working on projects from a graduate position in a consulting firm
  • Experience in communications to create effective support materials across change project and engagement plans
  • Effective relationship building and strong written, design and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to partner with project leaders to deliver transition engagement outcomes
  • Basic data presentation or business analytics skills
  • A passion to begin a career in change management and take it to the next level
  • An interest in Aged Care or Health Care services
