Your New Role Looks Like This:

 

Join Australian Unity’s Wholesale and Institutional Business Development team and play a pivotal role in strengthening relationships with key accounts and financial intermediaries. You’ll help promote our market-leading products, collaborate across teams, and ensure our business development efforts are efficient.

What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Spot Opportunities – Identify and qualify potential investors in the Wholesale and Institutional space.
  • Support Our BDMs – Prepare for meetings, manage follow-ups, and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Create Impactful Materials – Help produce pitch decks, investment proposals, and client presentations that leave an impression.
  • Analyse the Market – Research industry trends and competitors to uncover growth opportunities.
  • Keep Us Connected – Manage Salesforce records, client data requests, and internal sales reporting.
  • Collaborate for Success – Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to bring sales strategies to life.
  • Drive Growth – Contribute to projects and initiatives that help increase funds under management (FUM), including promoting our market-leading Social Infrastructure Product

 

 

About You:

 

  • 3-5 years industry experience
  • Tertiary qualification in Finance/Investments (CFA preferred) with a strong interest in investments, financial markets, and business development.
  • RG146 Qualification
  • Salesforce/CRM experience highly preferable
  • Strong organisational skills with a sharp eye for detail.
  • A proactive mindset and ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
