As an Assistant Relationship Manager, you'll play a vital role in supporting our Relationship Managers, Care Partners, clients, and external partners to deliver exceptional care outcomes.

About the Role

Reporting to the Senior Relationship Manager, you'll support the growth and success of our external partnership network while helping ensure clients receive high-quality services aligned with the Aged Care Quality Standards.

Working collaboratively with Relationship Managers, Care Partners, clients, families, and external partners, you'll provide administrative, operational, and client support across the entire care journey. You'll also assist with financial processes, data management, reporting, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Relationship Managers and Care Partners with client and partnership coordination activities
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with Relationship Partners, clients, families, and internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare documentation, presentations, and communication materials
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, reporting, and CRM data
  • Process invoice approvals, purchase requests, and assist with budget monitoring activities
  • Conduct welcome calls and client check-ins to support satisfaction and service quality
  • Assist with issue resolution, follow-up actions, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Contribute to reporting, audits, compliance activities, and stakeholder reporting requirements
  • Support onboarding, training, and knowledge sharing across the team
  • Assist with projects and technology initiatives that enhance client outcomes and operational effectiveness

What You'll Bring

  • Experience in administration, coordination, customer service, account management support, or relationship management
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build trusted relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and accuracy across documentation, reporting, and data management
  • Demonstrates strong digital literacy and confidence using multiple systems, platforms, and technology tools in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Exposure to invoice processing, purchase approvals, budget monitoring, or financial administration
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach and commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences
  • Experience within aged care, home care, healthcare, community services, or a related industry will be highly regarded
