Our opportunity to you

Working as part of our multidisciplinary healthcare team, you’ll coordinate and support the delivery of home-based health care to client’s across Australia. Your clinical care will be driven by a human-centred, holistic, and evidence-based approach.

 

This hybrid role will be working out of our Spring Street Office in Melbourne and from home on a fixed term full-time basis (12 months) mat leave cover.

 

The day to day

  • As an Allied Health Assistant, your role will be to support the effective delivery of care to Remedy at Home and Ramsay Connect clients
  • On a day to day basis you will be responsible for referral management, inquiry management, allocation of services, enrolment, and discharge
  • This role will integrate well with a team of clinical care coordinators and medical admin assistants, to applying excellent customer service and quality clinical care that achieves a positive outcome for the client

About you

  • Strong customer service background (phone experience desirable)
  • Experience with data entry and document management in a timely manner
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment with tight timeframes and competing priorities
  • Excellent clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications
  • Strong administration and time management skills, tech savvy
  • The ability to manage your workload autonomously
  • Passionate about health and committed to making a real difference in the community.
  • Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistant (desirable)
