       Your New Role Looks Like This:

 

In joining as an Adviser Services Representative, you will form part of a small close-knit team tasked with contributing to an exceptional service experience to our advisors within Australian Unity Wealth & Capital Markets.

 

Reporting directly to the Service Lead, your role will consist of the completion of daily administration and operational tasks that directly impact our advisors. You will also be encouraged to drive improvements with the aim of exceeding customer expectations and making a positive impact to our team.

 

Key Accountabilities include:

 

  • Delivering excellence in customer service and administrational duties.
  • Accurate data entry keying with a zero-error rate using relevant systems
  • Assist in gathering information to respond to difficult/technical questions
  • Support the Distribution team with internal and external reporting.
  • Consistently demonstration of Australian Unity values and way of being

 

This position operates on a rotating roster between 9:00am - 5:30pm AEST, Monday to Friday. Training will be in office full time, before moving to a hybrid approach, where in office days are Monday – Wednesday.

 

 

What you will deliver

 

  • Deliver exceptional customer service that consistently meets service level agreements, internal professional standards, and all regulatory requirements.
  • Act as a product specialist when providing information to our advisors.
  • Handle inbound enquiries from external Advisors via phone or email channel, participating in and providing input into sales campaign initiatives
  • Investigate and solve any administration problems relating to transaction, adviser fee payments and financial adjustments
  • Liaise with other Wealth areas including investment specialists, Business development managers, and administration team

 

 

        About You:

 

To be successful in this role you will have exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail and a desire to learn. You will be able to communicate effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders and can drive innovation and creative thought.

 

Additionally, we are also looking for candidates who possess;

  • Demonstrate strong Excel and spreadsheet skills including data extraction, preparation of pivot tables and performance reports
  • A clear interest and ability to develop a full understanding of the dynamics of financial services markets, future, and international trends
  • A strong work ethic and passion for excellence in customer service
  • Ability to work within a team environment and navigate a larger business
  • Outstanding communication skills: verbal and written and highly competent in building phone-based relationships
  • Demonstrated experience in the Australian financial services industry, particularly Investments, Superannuation and Banking would be highly regarded
