Your duties:

Come and join the team at St Brigid's Green Aged Care where we are leading the industry in driving our award winning ‘Better Together’ model, raising the quality of living in aged care. We are currently looking for an innovative and enthusiastic Lifestyle Team Leader to join the friendly team in Maroubra.

 

As the Lifestyle Team Leader, you will be: 

  • Implementing and delivering lifestyle programs and social calendars 
  • Assessing and individualising lifestyle plans and social needs for our residents 
  • Leading and developing a small team of Lifestyle Assistants and Volunteers 
  • Developing a wide range of activities in consultation with residents and family members 
  • Engaging with community groups to build a network of support and social partners 
  • Identifying new and meaningful events to keep our residents engaged 
  • Promoting our Better Together model and values of Bold, Warm and Honest 

 

About you: 

  • A warm, enthusiastic and creative individual 
  • Experience in Aged Care 
  • Demonstrated leadership skills 
  • Hold a Certificate IV in Leisure and Health or similar
  • A person-centred focus and commitment to providing a high level of service 
  • Experience working with people living with Dementia or Alzheimer's highly regarded 
  • Computer and documentation skills
