Support Worker - Entry Level or Experienced - Lightning Ridge

Deliver in-home support services to our aged care customers to help them live independently & remain within their own homes:

• Support Worker Positions available for both New Entrant & Experienced applicants 
• Permanent Part-Time contracts available with hourly rates from $29.06- $31.74p/h + 11.5% super
• Travel Allowance of $0.92 per KM PLUS paid travel time between clients
• Based with our Western Plains Branch we have roles available in Lightning Ridge NSW.

Key Requirements:

• Current Australian Driver’s License and ownership of a reliable insured vehicle
• Fully vaccinated minimum 2 doses for Covid-19 
• Flexibility to work rosters between 7am to 6pm between Monday to Friday
• Minimum 12 months experience and/or a Certificate III in Individual Support ideal but not essential

Your New Role:

• Help At Home: such as cleaning, laundry & meal preparation
• Safety Practices: such as safe manual handling & driver awareness 
• Client Awareness: such as social interaction, client observations & ongoing training & support
• Client Support: Assisted dressing or supervising daily hygiene **
• Social & Wellbeing: accompany clients to appointments & outings **
• Transport: transportation to appointments, shopping and social outings **
