Support Workers - Laurieton NSW

Deliver in-home support services to our aged care customers to help them live independently & remain within their own homes:

• Support Worker Positions available for Entry Level & Experienced Applicants
• Permanent Part-Time contracts available with hourly rate of $28.01 - $31.38 + 11% super based on experience
• Travel Allowance of $0.92 per KM PLUS paid travel time between clients
• Camden Haven NSW location including surrounding suburbs Laurieton, North Haven, Camden Head, West Haven, Deauville, Dunbogan, Kew, Kendall, North Brother, Bonny Hills & Lake Cathie

Key Requirements:

• Current Australian Driver’s License and ownership of a reliable insured vehicle
• Fully vaccinated minimum 2 doses for Covid-19 
• Flexibility to work rosters between 8am to 5pm between Monday to Friday
• Minimum 12+ months experience &/or a Certificate III in Individual Support desirable not essential

Your New Role:

• Help At Home: such as cleaning, laundry & meal preparation
• Safety Practices: such as safe manual handling & driver awareness 
• Client Awareness: such as social interaction, client observations & ongoing training & support
• Transport***: transportation to appointments, shopping and social outings
• Personal Care***: Personal hygiene, toileting, showering, dressing, help at mealtime & medication prompting
