About the role: 

    • Facility: St Patrick's Green aged care facility, Kogarah NSW
    • Pay Rate: $30.69 p/h + Super + 25% casual loading
    • Contract: Casual 
    • Shifts: PM shifts (3pm - 7pm) with some AM shifts (7m - 3pm) available across Monday to Friday 
 
Cooking experience highly regarded — opportunity to work across both FSA and Cook duties

 

Your New Role

 

As a Food Services Assistantyou will work as part of a team to provide hospitality services to all residents, including assisting with the efficient preparation and delivery of quality meals. 

You will enjoy working within our Better Together® social model of ageing well, which offers a continuum of care and support services for our Residents, within a range of accommodation options in one location.

 

What does your new role look like?

  • Assist in the preparation and delivery of weekly resident meals
  • Cleaning support within the kitchen as required
  • Catering to special dietary and nutritional needs of residents
  • Interacting with residents and providing person centered care

 

 

About You

Does this sound like you?

  • Experience working in aged care setting or hospitality environment (ideal, not mandatory)
  • Availability to work a minimum of 3 shifts between Monday to Friday 
  • Food handling certificate (not mandatory)
  • Have had 1 or more Covid-19 Vaccination
  • NDIS clearance check or willing to obtain one
