Clinical Care Manager

About the Role 

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Clinical Care Manager to join our leadership team at St Partick’s Green Aged Care in Kogarah NSW. This is a full-time role where you’ll lead and coordinate all clinical and care needs for our Residential Aged Care community, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery and resident wellbeing.

St Patrick’s Green offers high-quality aged care living, supporting a range of care needs, including those living with dementia. Our village boasts 92 suites, accommodating up to 97 residents.

As Clinical Care Manager, you will:

• Lead and oversee clinical and care delivery across the home.
• Role model leadership behaviours to source, develop and retain a high-performing team aligned to our values of Bold, Warm and Honest.
• Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the General Manager and site leadership team to deliver person-centred care and enhance resident experience.
• Manage AN-ACC optimisation and contribute to occupancy and financial performance.
• Provide mentoring and coaching to clinical staff, fostering a positive, values-based culture.

About You

You are an accomplished clinical leader who can develop and drive our care strategy while inspiring your team. You will bring:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Strong knowledge of AN-ACC funding, NQIP reporting, and ACQSC accreditation standards.
• Proven leadership experience in Residential Aged Care, ideally as a Clinical Care Manager.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team.
