We are looking for a Part-Time Chef to work Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday 10am - 6pm.

The role
As the Chef you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef and Hospitality Teams while preparing resident meals to the highest quality and maintaining the highest hygiene standards.We are not only focused on providing exceptional care to our residents but to provide a safe, secure, friendly, and supportive environment for our staff members.
What you will be doing
- Preparing nutritious meals, snacks, and desserts to the highest standards
- Maintaining hygiene standards within the kitchen and adhering to health and safety procedures
- Developing relationships with residents and their families, providing companionship at mealtimes, and seeking feedback on menu improvements
- Working with a friendly team of Cooks, Kitchen Hands and Food Service Assistants
About you
We are looking for an experienced Chef with the following qualities and skills:
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
- Experience in a similar role working within Aged Care
- A strong customer focus
- Knowledge of special dietary requirements/modified meals beneficial
- Willing to obtain an NDIS Clearance Check if successful
- Fully vaccinated for Influenza (2026) and COVID-19 (1 dose)
