Home Care Support Worker

Join a supportive team helping older Australians (65+) live independently at home and make a real difference every day.

About You:

• Live across the Kincumber area including Bensville, Daleys Point, Davistown, Empire Bay, Green Point, Hardys Bay, Killcare, Pretty Beach, Saratoga, St Huberts Island, Wagstaffe, Yattalunga and surrounding communities
• Hold a current Australian Drivers' Licence with your own car (no international license's or shared vehicles)
• Have 3+ months industry experience in a paid Aged Care setting
• Available to work a minimum of 6 hours a day between 7am to 7pm, Monday to Friday (one weekend per month availability required)
• Commitment to our paid 2-week Brilliant @ Basics Training when you start! 

What We Offer:

• $34.80 - $36.59 per hour + 12% super + $0.92/km allowance + paid travel time
• Permanent Part-time contracts: 40hours per fortnight + flex up shifts

Your Role

As a valued member of the team, you’ll deliver high-quality, person-centred care and domestic support to older Australians in their homes including: 

• Domestic support: cleaning, laundry and meal preparation
• Personal care: showering, grooming, toileting & mobility support
• Medication assistance
• Social support, transport and companionship
• Promoting independence, dignity & wellbeing
