Your New Role

 

As the Roster Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the appropriate staffing levels across the beautfiul Rathdowne Place Aged Care Facility in Carlton! 

You will enjoy working within our Better Together® social model of aging well, which offers a continuum of care and support services for our Residents, within a range of accommodation options in one location.    

 

What does your new role look like?

  • Provide support for the aged care operations rostering and any adjustment requirements
  • Provide a range of administrative function including, but not limited to staff rostering, scheduling of staff meetings, documentation, and administration.
  • Facilitation of all paperwork and processes for all administration tasks.
  • Provide efficient, friendly, and professional service to all internal/external customers
  • Resident advocacy is strongly evident in management and communication.

Does this sound like you?

  • Previous experience in rostering and administration in a fast paced and people services environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail, prioritisation, and time management skills.
  • The ability to learn and apply new knowledge and skills; self-initiating ways to further improve on the delivery of services, quality, and teamwork.
  • Passionate about areas of improvement and self-initiates streamlining of processes, where possible.
  • A true team collaborator, people orientated person with sound problem solving skills.
  • Fully vaccinated for COVID 19, including the Booster and Influenza 2025
