About the Role

Walmsley Aged Care is proud to deliver our award-winning Better Together model, focused on enriching the lives of our residents through choice, connection, and community.

We are seeking an innovative and enthusiastic Lifestyle Team Leader to join our friendly team in Kilsyth.

 

In this role, you will:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lifestyle programs and social calendars
  • Individualise lifestyle plans to meet residents’ needs
  • Lead and support a small team of Lifestyle Assistants and Volunteers
  • Work closely with residents, families, and community partners
  • Create meaningful activities and events that keep residents connected

 

About You

You are a warm, creative leader with a passion for person-centred care and will bring:

  • Experience working in aged care
  • Qualifications in Lifestyle & Leisure or Diversional Therapy
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Experience supporting people living with Dementia or Alzheimer’s (desirable)
  • Strong communication, computer, and documentation skills
  • Availability to work full time, Monday to Friday (9:00am–5:00pm)
