Home Care Support Worker

Do you meet these minimum requirements?

• Live and can travel in the Yanchep & Joondalup and surrounding areas 
• Hold a current Australian Drivers' Licence with your own car (sorry, we cannot accept International license's or shared/rental vehicles)
• Available to work a minimum of 6 hours a day, 3 days a week between 7am to 7pm, Monday to Friday 
• Commitment to our paid 2-week Brilliant @ Basics Training when you start! (Get ready to learn, grow & be supported!) Travel is required for training.
• Know this is NOT a vacancy for Disability or to work in a facility/nursing home

What this role offers:

• Permanent Part-Time contracts
• Permanent Contract hours: 20-40 hours per fortnight + flex up hours.
• Hourly Rate: $34.77 - $34.93 per hour + 12% super + $1.38 per km allowance + paid travel time

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Personal Care: Assist with dressing, supervise daily hygiene and mobility support
• Domestic Support: Providing assistance with household tasks like cleaning, laundry, cooking, and shopping - this plays a big part of your role
• Companionship: Being a friendly face and offering emotional support to clients – you’ll become someone they look forward to seeing!
• Transporting & Social Support: Taking clients to appointments, outings, and social activities, allowing them to live their best life

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience & Heart: You bring a background in aged care or healthcare and a true passion for helping others. 
• Qualification: A Certificate III in Individual Support or similar is a bonus, but your experience and commitment are what really matter
• Flexibility to work: Be able to commit to at least 3 days a week between our service hours of 7AM to 7PM, Monday to Friday 
• Commitment to our awesome paid 2-week Brilliant@Basics training when you start! (Get ready to learn, grow, and be supported)
