About this Role: 

 

As a Service Coordinator you will be the primary point of contact for our Aboriginal Home Health care workers across the Northern region of NSW. This is a Permanent full time opportunity where your key objective will be to manage a portfolio of care workers providing In-Home care.

 

Some of your role responsibilities:

 

  • Conduct Recruitment activities and Onboarding of new Care Workers.
  • People Leadership including engagement & collaboration with your team, formal and informal coaching, monitoring performance & fostering a safety culture.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and maintain a strong focus on compliance within your portfolio.

 

About You: Does this sound like you? 

 

  • An understanding of the needs of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander communities
  • Previous experience managing a team or program within a Health Care, Aged Care or Community Service organisation
  • Australian drivers licence required
  • Vaccinated for COVID-19 (2 doses)
