Your New Role
As a Rostering Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our facility runs smoothly by managing rosters, supporting payroll accuracy, and assisting with recruitment and onboarding. You’ll be the go-to expert for our Time & Attendance system and a key support for our care team.
What does your new role look like?
- Managing and evolving the master roster in consultation with operational teams
- Allocating staff shifts and managing planned/unplanned leave
- Processing timesheets and supporting payroll accuracy
- Creating and analysing reports to support operational performance
- Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and induction of new staff
- Supporting compliance tracking and administrative functions
- Maintaining data accuracy and improving rostering systems
- Providing friendly and professional service to all internal/external customers
About You

Does this sound like you?
- Previous administrative and rostering experience is essential
- Background in Retirement Living, Aged Care, or Health Services preferred
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office and rostering systems
- A flexible, team-oriented approach
- Ability to work Full Time Monday to Friday 8 am to 4 pm
- Fully vaccinated for Influenza and COVID-19
- Current NDIS Check or willing to obtain one
