Campbell Place is a modern 102-bed residential aged care community located in the heart of Glen Waverley. Offering permanent residential care, respite care, memory support and palliative care, Campbell Place provides high-quality, person-centred care in a welcoming and supportive environment. The Role

As an Enrolled Nurse, you'll be part of the clinical team, partnering with Clinical Care Managers, Registered Nurses and multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care and positive resident outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Deliver safe, person-centred and compliant nursing care
• Monitor, assess and report changes in resident health and wellbeing
• Administer medications and treatments within scope of practice
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and care records
• Support clinical governance, AN-ACC, NQIP, risk and quality requirements
• Collaborate with residents, families and the broader care team to achieve the best possible outcomes

About You

• Enrolled Nurse with current AHPRA registration
• Passion for delivering quality aged care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Desirable: Minimum 2+ years' experience in Aged Care
