About the Role

Location: Campbell Place, Glen Waverley VIC

Contract: Casual

Shifts Available: AM, PM and Night Shifts across a 7 day roster

We are seeking dedicated Care Companions with strong availability across AM, PM and Night shifts, including weekdays and weekends.

 

Your New Role

As a Care Companion, you will provide care and support that enhances our residents' wellbeing, enabling them to live with dignity and empowerment.

 

You will enjoy working within our Better Together® social model of ageing well, which offers a continuum of care and support services for our residents, within a range of accommodation options in one location.

 

What Does Your New Role Look Like?

  • Providing a range of support and personal care services to our residents
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships within the team, with our residents and family members
  • Adhering to health and safety guidelines and policies to keep yourself and our residents safe
  • Providing meaningful experiences which enable our residents to thrive

 

About You

Above all, you will align to our Values of Bold, Warm and Honest. You will be able to demonstrate empathy and the ability to provide excellent care for your residents.

 

Does This Sound Like You?

  • A truly customer-centric approach with the passion to deliver real care to residents
  • Excellent availability to work AM, PM and Night shifts across a 7 day roster
  • Relevant qualifications such as Certificate III in Individual Support, Ageing Support, Disability or completion of the first year of a Nursing degree
  • Willing to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check if successful
  • Fully vaccinated for Influenza and COVID-19 (minimum requirements apply)
  • Full Australian working rights, with no visa sponsorship available
