Do you meet these minimum requirements?

✔Live near: Dapto, Kiama and surrounding suburbs 

✔Hold a current Australian Driver’s Licence - sorry but we can't accept International licences

✔Own registered and insured car - shared/rental vehicles not applicable

✔Fully vaccinated (2 doses) for Covid-19

✔Australian working rights - No visa sponsorship available

✔Available to work a minimum of 6 hours a day 4 days a week between 7am – 6pm, Monday to Friday (some weekend rosters available)

✔ Commitment to our awesome paid 2-week Brilliant@Basics training when you start! (We won’t throw you in the deep end, we’ll support you!)

✔Know this is NOT a vacancy for Disability or to work in facility/nursing home

What this role offers:

Available Roles: Personal Carers with 3 to 12+ months experience, qualification not required

Contract Type: Permanent Part-Time 

Contract hours: 30 hours per fortnight + flex up shifts

Hourly Rate: $32.85 - $33 per hour + 11.5% super + 92c km allowance + paid travel time

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Personal Care: Helping our clients with showering, dressing, medication reminders, and mobility support
• Domestic Support: Providing assistance with household tasks like cleaning, laundry, cooking, and shopping - this plays a big part of your role
• Companionship: Being a friendly face and offering emotional support to clients – you’ll become someone they look forward to seeing!
• Transporting & Social Support: Taking clients to appointments, outings, and social activities, allowing them to live their best life

 Domestic assistance will form a significant part of your role.
