Do you meet these minimum requirements?

✔️ Live near Gerringong, Kiama, Corrimal, Fairy Meadow, Helensburgh and surrounding areas

✔️ Hold a current Australian Driver’s Licence with your own car - sorry but we can't accept International licences or shared/rental vehicles

✔️ Fully vaccinated (2 doses) for Covid-19

✔️ Know this is NOT a vacancy for Disability or to work in facility/nursing home

What this role offers:

Available Roles: Open to Entry-Level and Experienced Candidates

Contract Type: Permanent Part-Time

Contract hours: 20-40 hours per fortnight + flex up shifts

Hourly Rate: $29.81 - $33 per hour + 11.5% super + 92c km allowance + paid travel time

Just Some Of The Awesome Things You'll Be Doing:

• Entry-Level Carers: Provide domestic assistance, such as cleaning, vacuuming, laundry, unassisted shopping
• Experienced Carers: Provide personal care services including showering, toileting, medication prompting, as well as domestic duties, transportation and social support
• Most importantly, companionship!  Be a friendly face who brightens someone's day.

What We’re Looking For:

• No Experience? No Problem! We’ll teach you everything you need to know
• Experienced? Awesome! We’d love to hear how your past experience can make a difference. Whether it’s in aged care, nursing, disability support, or another related field, your skills will be valued
• A relevant healthcare qualification is great, but we value your passion, commitment and attitude
• Availability: We’re looking for someone who can commit to at least 3 days a week between 8 AM and 6 PM, Monday to Friday
• Commitment to our awesome paid 2-week Brilliant@Basics training when you start! (Get ready to learn, grow, and be supported)
