About the Role:

 

We’re looking for a passionate Occupational Therapist or Senior Occupational Therapist to deliver evidence-based care across Melbourne’s South-East covering Dandenong and surrounding suburbs. You’ll support clients through Support at Home and the Hospital Substitution Program, helping them achieve goals and maintain independence. Work alongside a growing multidisciplinary team and make a real impact in the community.

 

Permanent Full-Time or Part-Time role available.

What You’ll Do:

 

  • Provide functional assessments and tailored interventions in clients’ homes.
  •  Prescribe aids, equipment, and home modifications to support client goals.
  • Deliver targeted Occupational Therapy for clients with complex health conditions or age-related care needs.
  • Supporting the development and clinical growth of other Occupational Therapists within the clinical team
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve client goals.
  • Engage in our clinical supervision program with a dedicated supervisor.

 

About you:

 

  •  Degree in Occupational Therapy + AHPRA registration
  • Valid driver’s licence and insured vehicle
  • Community or hospital OT experience (preferred)
