Are you an experienced support worker passionate about helping elderly people live independently in their own homes? We are looking for skilled and compassionate individuals to join our team and provide high-quality care to our elderly customers (65+ years).
Do you meet these minimum requirements?
- Passionate about aged care – helping our elderly customers live independently in the comfort of their own homes
- Hold a current Australian Drivers' Licence with your own car (sorry, we cannot accept International licences or shared/rental vehicles)
- Fully Vaccinated (2 doses) for COVID-19
- Live in or near Coonabarabran including surrounding suburbs
- Know this is not a vacancy for Disability or to work in a facility/nursing home

What this role offers:
- Available Roles: Open to Experienced candidates
- Contract Type: Permanent Part-Time
- Contract Hours: 30 hours per fortnight + flex up hours
- Hourly Rate: $31.74 - $33.00 per hour + 11.5% super + $0.92/km allowance + paid travel time
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Personal Care: Assist with daily independence tasks such as showering, toileting & medication assistance, supervise daily hygiene & mobility support
- Domestic Assistance: Cleaning, vacuuming, laundry & meal prep - This is a big part of your role!
- Transport & Social Support: Taking clients to appointments, outings & social activities, allowing them to live their best lives!
What we’re looking for:
- Flexibility: Availability Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm - but we are flexible for the right candidate!
- Commitment: To our paid 2-week Brilliant @ Basics Training when you start! (Get ready to learn, grow & be supported!)
- Professional Healthcare Experience is a requirement!
