We are looking for an Administration Coordinator to join our welcoming team at Constitution Hill Aged Care Community where compassion, connection, and resident choice are at the heart of everything we do.

 

  • Location: Northmead NSW
  • Role: Casual employment, shifts are 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday however consistent weekend coverage also required

About the Role

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, has flexibility with working days and is happy to cover leave as required.

 

  • You’ll be the welcoming face of our community: Providing essential administrative coordination and heartfelt service to our residents and their families.
  • Customer Service & Reception Management: Manage reception area, respond to customer and family member enquiries, and handle minor complaints professionally and promptly
  • Data & Records Management: Maintain and audit customer and employee data across multiple databases, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance
  • Meeting & Event Coordination: Schedule meetings, take minutes, and arrange venues and resources including catering
  • Compliance & Reporting: Log incident reports, track compliance activities, and propose process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
